Returns

Our return request policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. After the 15-day period has passed, the return will no longer be available. For a complete return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Also. the item must be returned in the original package. To complete the return and refund, we need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost incurred to ship the returned item is the responsibility of the sender and will not be refundable. Returns for damaged or missing items will be possible only if upon delivery by the courier, the customer makes acceptance of the goods by reserve right.

Refund (where applicable)

Once your package has been received in return and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that your shipment was successful. We will also inform you about the acceptance or rejection of your return file. If the refund process is approved, we will automatically transfer the amount involved to your credit card or the payment method you originally used, within 30 days of acceptance of the return.

Please note: For all items purchased on sale or discount, a full refund is not always guaranteed, however you will receive a coupon that you can use within our online store.

For return package shipping information contact us at email: info@foreverhandprints.com remembering to include your order number. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the sender and is non-refundable.
